The Chamber of Commerce announced that the 2009 Poultney Citizen of the year is Ann DeBonis. A reception to honor Mrs. DeBonis was attended by a large number of community members and business owners who provided her with many warm welcomes and loving wishes. The reception was held Saturday, November 14th at 5 p.m. in the St. Raphael's fellowship hall located behind St. Raphael's Roman Catholic Church.
