Poultney Public Library

Located at 205 Main Street the library houses approximately 13,240 books, 798 videos and DVDs and 47 subscriptions to magazines and periodicals. It also provides access to a series of electronic information databases via the Vermont Online Library as well as free 24 hour a day 7 day a week wireless Internet access.

Throughout the year the Library offers programs to enrich and educate the children in the community. They offer story hours with toddler time which include reading, puzzles, songs and movement exercise. During the summer the library also develops summer reading programs and participates in the summer recreation program for the community.

Monday & Friday- 10:30am-5pm
Tues., Wed., & Thurs.- 2pm-8pm
Saturday- 10am-1pm
