    Winter Carnival

    Saturday, January 16,  Free and open to all.  Games, sliding, introduction to snowmobile rides, hot food (hot dogs, hamburgs, soups, fries) and drinks.  Information Bonnie Bradley 802-287-9259. Join the fun at this years Snowmobile Club Winter Carnival. There will be activities for the whole family to enjoy with games, sliding, snowmobile rides and more. Festivities take place at Chestnut’s Garage on York Street Extension in Poultney.

    • East Poultney Day 2010!

    • Celebrate some of the town’s heritage Saturday, August 14th, on the Green in East Poultney. Century Schoolmaster will conduct class in the 1791 Union Academy, while British Army disturbs the peace with musket fire. Vendors offer crafts, traditional demonstrations, needle arts, slate splitting and candle making. Sponsored by Poultney Historical Society.
