    An Improving Educational System

The Poultney business community is supporting an effort by the principals of Poultney Elementary School and Poultney High School to improve academic standards. The major near term goals of this effort are:

    1. To increase the number of students meeting Vermont standards in math, language arts and science and
    2. To increase the number of students who go on to post secondary education or training.
